Cook Ingredients : 500 g of very fine semolina
Music   500 g of flour

To make bind the semolina with the flour, the grains of anise, oil and salt. To add diluted yeast. To mix and knead during a score of minutes to obtain a light paste and not sticking.

To divide the paste into two and to form two round loafs. To cover with a cloth and and to let raise in a hot place.

To whitewash surface with an egg yolk then to cook one hour with the furnace.
