Preparation :

  Ingredients :

4 zucchinis average + 2 potatoes average

Preparation :

1 bundle of parsley, 1 lemon

 

Preparation :

 

First of all, to make rissoler cut meat of pieces with the onion thin slice, butter, salt, cinnamon, the black pepper and chick-pea. Cover water and to let cook with cover.

To salt and pepper potatoes, then to make them fry.

To incorporate on the cooked meat. To powder with parsley. To be useful with a net of lemon.
