In a mortar to reduce out of mashed potaties the cloves of garlic dégermées with salt, black pepper, pepper and paprika.

In a hollow dish closely mix glossy sardines with the garlic joke obtained, by rubbing them delicately.

Lastly, take care to introduce joke into the belly of sardine. Pass then sardines to garlic in the flour, while rolling them and joining them 3 by 3 by the tail. To remove the excess of flour by tapping each sardine, then to plunge in a very hot oil bath.
